Tanzania has witnessed further exploration and natural gas discoveries with current (2016) estimated natural gas reserves of 57 trillion cubic feet (TCF). Though the Energy sector has witnessed a tremendous growth over the years but the legal scope is very limited hence the firm will efficiently provide consulta- tion on the key instruments of governing oil and gas operations in Tanzania which include PetroleumAct 1980, National Energy Policy 2003, PetroleumAct 2008, National Natural Gas Policy 2013, and Petroleum Act 2015. The firm will also assist its clients on identifying how this sector coordinates and interacts with other laws such as Investment Laws, environmental laws etc. The firm will also equip the client with international laws and regulations on Energy, Oil and Gas. We aim at enabling our clients to maximally benefit from the Tanzanian Natural Gas Policy of 2013, which aims at achieving a competitive natural gas industry contributing significantly to a broad-based growth and socio-economic transfor- mation of Tanzania
